Wheat Vegetable Adai

Ingredients

  1. Wheat sooji / Kothumai Ravai                                    - 250
  2. Curd                                                                                      - 1 cup
  3. Carrot                                                                                   - 2
  4. Beans                                                                                    - 50 gm
  5. Spring onion                                                                       - 1 spring
  6. Grated coconut                                                                                - 1 cup
  7. Onion                                                                                    - 2
  8. Green chillies                                                                     - 3
  9. Oil                                                                                           - as required
  10. Salt                                                                                         - to taste
  11. Curry leaves                                                                       - 1 spring
  12. Coriander leaves                                                              - 2 spring

Method

  1. Soak wheat sooji (Kodhumai Rava) in curd at least ½ an hour.
  2. Chop all vegetables and mix with salt and mix with soaked wheat sooji (Kodhumai Rava).
  3. Heat oil in kadai, pour the batter and cook till golden brown.
  4. Remove from heat and serve hot.
