Tandoori Roti

Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour                                        - 2 cup
  2. Refine flour                                        - ¼ cup
  3. Ghee                                                     - 2 tsp
  4. Curd                                                      - 2 tsp
  5. Salt                                                         - to taste

Method

  1. Make dough with flour, refined flour, ghee, curd, and salt, kneed well soak / proof at least 2 hours.
  2. Make a small ball.
  3. Press the balls in 5mm thick Roties.
  4. Heat tawa and cook one side.
  5. Brush with wet cloth to another side and turnover.
  6. Remove from tawa and cook straight in gas fire remove and serve hot.
