Tandoori Nan

Ingredients

  1. Refine flour (Maida)                                       -3 kg
  2. Banking Powder                                               -2 tsp
  3. Salt                                                                         - 1 ½ tsp
  4.  Milk                                                                      - 1 ½ tsp
  5. Sugar                                                                     - 4 tsp
  6. Fresh curd                                                           - 1 cup
  7. Ghee                                                                     - 1 ½ tsp
  8. Butter                                                                   - as required
  9. Warm Water                                                      - as required

Method

  1. Sieve flour salt and baking soda mix together.
  2. Heat milk adds sugar and mix with sieved flour if required add water and make dough.
  3. Add curd and ghee kneed well.
  4. Make a small balls and apply the ghee and cover with wet cloth allow to proof for 2 hours.
  5. Apply Ghee/Butter in baking tray set a side.
  6. Press the balls and make a triangle shaped.
  7. Arrange the Nan’s in baking tray and bake.
  8. Apply the butter on the Nan and serve hot.
