Sweet Kuli Paniyaram

Ingredients

  1. Idly rice                                                -  1 cup
  2. Raw rice                               - 1 cup
  3. Black tram dhal                 - 1 cup
  4. Fenugreek                          - 1 cup
  5. Jaggery                                 - 2 cup
  6. Oil                                           - ½ tsp
  7. Salt                                         - a pinch
  8. Cardamom powder         - 1 tsp

Method

  1. Soak idly rice, raw rice, black gram split and Fenugreek grind and make a batter.
  2. Make a syrup in jiggery with ½ cup water strain well.
  3. Then add the syrup into a batter mix well.
  4. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  5. Heat kuli paniyaram late, apply oil in holes.
  6. Pour the batter and cook at least 5 minutes.
  7. Turn another side and cook till golden brown.
  8. Remove from heat and serve hot.
