Rice flour and carrot Roti

Ingredients

  1. Rice flour                                                             - 2 cup
  2. Grated                                                                  - 1 cup
  3. Roasted gram (Pottukadalai)                      - ¼ cup
  4. Onion (Chopped)                                             - ¼ cup
  5. Salt                                                                         - to taste

Method

  1. Mix all ingredients make dough (Like chapatti).
  2. Make balls and press with wet cloth.
  3. Heat tawa and fry the pressed roties.
  4. Fry both sides add some oil and remove from fire and serve hot.

Note 1
If we can add cucumber for substitute of carrot.

Sooji, chopped keerai, carrot created mix like dough make a roti.
