Potato Roll

Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour                                                        - 1 cup
  2. Sooji (Rava)                                                        - ½ cup
  3. Oil                                                                           - ¼ tsp
  4. Salt                                                                         - ½ tsp

For Masala

  1. Potato                                                                  - ¼ kg
  2. Onion                                                                    - 3 tsp
  3. Coriander leaves (Chopped)                       -  2 tsp
  4. Ginger, green chillies paste                         - 2 tsp
  5. Dry mango powder                                         - 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder                                             - ½ tsp
  7. Chilli powder                                                      - ½ tsp
  8. Garamasala powder                                       - ¾ tsp
  9. Oil                                                                           - for frying
  10. Salt                                                                         - to taste

For cream           

  1. Water                                                                   - 2 cup
  2. Refine flour(Maida0                                       - 3 cup

Method

  1. Make a dough with wheat flour, sooji (Rava) oil, and salt (like chapattis clough) cover with wet cloth.
  2. Wash, boil and wash potatoes.
  3. Mix all the masalas at ingredients with potato fry will make a lime sized balls.
  4. Make chapattis from wheat flour dough.
  5. Put the rolled masala and roll (Cover fully) the chappathis.  And use the maida cum for paste the edges.
  6. Heat oil rolls in 3 to r pieces and serves with tomato sauce.
