1. Parboiled Rice                                   - 100gm
  2. Black gram                                          - 20gm
  3. Fenugreek                                          - 1 tsp
  4. Salt                                                         - to taste
  5. Oil                                                           - 100ml


  1. Clean, Wash, Soak and grind rice.
  2. Soak, Black gram dhal and fenugreek, Grind well as thicker than Dosa batter.
  3. Mix both Batter add salt.
  4. Allow to ferment for 8 hours.
  5. Heat Tawa pour the batter add oil around the edges and a little on top thicker than Dosa.
  6. Cook both sides well remove from tawa serves with chutney / samber.

Chopped onion and green chillies where put together one side.
