Mini Sooji Pakoda

Ingredients

  1. Sooji (Rava)                                                        - 1 cup
  2. Coconut                                                               - ½
  3. Asafoetida                                                          - ¼ tsp
  4. Mint                                                                      - 1 hand full (Chopped)
  5. Green chillies                                                     - 5 (Chopped)
  6. Salt                                                                         -  to taste
  7. Oil                                                                           - for frying

Method

  1. Make a mixer with sooji, mint, coconut, salt, asafoetida, green chillies.
  2. Heat oil in kadai, make a small ball in mixer, fry till golden brown, strain oil and serve hot with chutney / sauce.
