Makkai Ki Roti


  1. Corn flour                                            - ½ kg
  2. Wheat flour                                        - 50 gm
  3. Ghee                                                     - as required
  4. Salt                                                         - to taste


  1. Sieve the flour make dough with corn flour, wheat flour, salt and oil.
  2. Kneed well make a balls.
  3. Press the balls and make a round chapatti’s.
  4. Dust with raw flour.
  5. Heat tawa and put the chapatti’s and cook both sides.  If required and Oil / Ghee.
  6. Covers the Roti with dry cloth for protect heat.
  7. Serve with onion rings, lime piece and sauce.

Avoid add more water to make a dough
