Kothumai Mavu Kolukattai

Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour                                        - 1 cup
  2. Sugar                                                  - 50 gm
  3. Water                                                   - 1 cup
  4. Coconut                                               - ½
  5. Cashew nut                                        - 25 gm
  6. Grated coconut                                                - 2 tsp for garnish

Method

  1. Make dough with wheat flour (Like chapatti) Kneed well and make a balls.
  2. Mix sugar with grated coconut.
  3. Make a whole in chapatti balls in center put 2 tsp of coconut and sugar mixer into a whole cover all sides and make shape (as required)
  4. Bake the balls in idly plate at least 10 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with cashew nuts and create coconut.
  6. Serve hot.
