Kara Kuli Paniyaram

Ingredients

  1. Idly rice                                    - 1 cup
  2. Raw rice                               - 1 cup
  3. Black gram dhal                 - 1 cup
  4. Fenugreek                          - 1 cup
  5. Cumin                                   - ½ tsp
  6. Mustard seeds                  - ½ tsp
  7. Bengal gram (Split)          - ½ tsp
  8. Green chillies                     - 7
  9. Oil                                           - ½ tsp
  10. Black gram dhal                 - 10 ml / as required
  11. Salt                                         - to taste

Method

  1. Soak idly rice, raw rice, black gram dhal and Fenugreek grind well as a batter.
  2. Season with cumin, mustard seeds, Bengal gram dhal Green chillies (Chopped) fry well.
  3. And add into a batter mix well.
  4. Heat kuli paniyara plate. Apply oil in holes pour the batter cook at least 5 minutes.
  5. Turn the net side cook till golden brown.  If required add oil.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot.

Note
If the idly batter 2 days old is also used for the batter.
