Idly Podi
Ingredients
- Black gram dhal - ½ cup
- Bengal gram dhal - ½ cup
- Red chillies - 8
- Asafoetida - a pinch
- Salt - to taste
Method
- Heat the kadai (Dry Kadai), put the black gram dhal, Bengal gram dhal and red chillies fry well.
- Grind it and mix makes a mix.
- Add asafoetida and salt mix well.
Note
If required add curry leaves and fry and add.
