Chappathi

Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour                                        - ½ kg
  2. Salt                                                         - to taste
  3. Ghee / Oil                                           - as required

Method

  1. Heat water and dilute the salt.
  2. Add salted water / sprinkle over the wheat flour, kneed well.
  3. Make dough and keep at least 20-30 minutes.
  4. Then make small balls.
  5. Press the balls and make it round shaped, Chappathi’s.
  6. Heat tawa put the pressed round Chapatti’s and cook both side well add oil in between cooking.
  7. Till cooked remove from fire and serve with masala.
