Cabbage Vadai

 Ingredients

  1. Cabbage                                                              - 100 gm
  2. Black gram dhal                                                 - ½ kg
  3. Salt                                                                         - to taste
  4. Oil                                                                           - for frying
  5. Green chillies                                                     - 10
  6. Ginger                                                                  - 1 piece
  7. Curry leaves                                                       - 1 spring

Method

  1. Soak black gram dhal at least 1 hour grind with Ginger, green chillies.
  2. Mix with small pieces of cabbage salt and curry leaves.  With the batter mix well.
  3. Heat oil in kadai, press like vadai and fry well.
