Birds Nest

Ingredients

  1. Vermicelli (Thin)                                               - 1 pkt
  2. Onion                                                                    - 1
  3. Carrot                                                                   - 2
  4. Beans                                                                    - 6
  5. Potato                                                                  - ¼ kg
  6. Chilli powder                                                      - 2 pinch
  7. Turmeric powder                                             - 1 pinch
  8. Magi masala                                                       - 1
  9. Salt                                                                         - to taste
  10. Coriander leaves                                              - as required
  11. Oil                                                                           - for fry
  12. Bread                                                                    - 6 slices
  13. Capsicum                                                             - 6

Method

  1. Wash, peal and boil the potato wash well.
  2. Cut beans, carrot, and capsicum onion, into thin Dieas.
  3. Cook ½ pkt vermicelli boil and remove from heat. Strain water and allow cooling.
  4. Heat oil in Kadai, add onion, carrot, beans, capsicum and salt cook till tender.
  5. Add mashed potatoes and boi8led vermicelli mix well. Remove from heat.
  6. Break ½ pkt vermicelli and set aside soak bread.  Dip the bread slices in water and squeeze and make helf.
  7. Place the potato masalas inside the bread slice and cover well.
  8. Roll on the vermicelli.
  9. Heat oil and fry the balls in slow fire.
  10. Remove from heat and serve hot.
