Bengal Gram Dosai

Ingredients

  1. Bengal gram flour                                            - 200 gm
  2. Raw Rice flour                                                   - 100gm
  3. Onion                                                                    - 2
  4. Green chillies                                                     - 4
  5. Mustard seeds                                                  - 1 tsp
  6. Black gram                                                          - 1 tsp
  7. Bengal gram                                                       - 1 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves                                              - 1 spring
  9. Curry leaves                                                       - 1 spring
  10. Oil                                                                           - 100ml
  11. Salt                                                                         - to taste

Method

  1. Chop onion and green chillies separately.
  2. Make a batter with Bengal gram flour and rice flour adds salt.
  3. Chop curry leaves and coriander leaves.
  4. Heat oil in kadai adds mustard seeds and fry.
  5. Then add black gram and Bengal gram fry well.
  6. Add onion and green chillies.
  7. Mix all ingredients into a batter mix well.
  8. Add coriander leaves and curry leaves mix well.
  9. Heat oil in tawa pours the batter cook both sides and removes from fire serve hot.
