Banana Ravai Paniyaram

Ingredients

  1. Banana                                                                 - 3 nos
  2. Refined flour (well matured)                      - 200 gm
  3. Sooji (Rava)                                                        - 200 gm
  4. Cardamom powder                                         - 1 tsp
  5. Sugar                                                                     - 200
  6. Coconut (Created)                                          - ½
  7. Oil                                                                           - for frying

Method

  1. Mash banana add sooji (fried) refined flour sugar, Powdered cardamom and grated coconut mix well and make a dough make a small balls.
  2. Heat oil in kadai, put the balls and fry till golden brown remove from heat repeat it again fry all balls.
  3. Serve hot.
