Wheat Sooji Kitchedi – II

Ingredients

  1. Wheat sooji (Kothumai Rava)                                     - 200 gm
  2. Onion (Chopped)                                                             - 1
  3. Tomato                                                                               - 1
  4. Green Chillies (Chopped)                                             - 2 tsp
  5. Carrot (grated)                                                                  - 1
  6. Beans (Chopped)                                                             - 50 gm
  7. Water                                                                                   - 2 ½ glass
  8. Oil                                                                                           - 1 spoon full
  9. Coriander leaves (Chopped)                                       - 1 tsp
  10. Curry leaves (Chopped)                                                                - 1 tsp
  11. Salt                                                                                         - to taste
  12. Mustard seeds                                                                  - 1 tsp

Method

  1. Heat oil Kadai, fry wheat sooji, in dry (without oil).
  2. Heat oil in kadai, add mustard seeds, green chillies and Chopped onion, tomato, beans, carrot fry well add water and allow boiling.
  3. Then add wheat sooji and salt mix well.
  4. Cook till sooji cooked and water reduced.
  5. Remove from heat and leave at least two minutes in closed.
  6. Open after 10 minutes and serve with chutney.
