Wheat Dosai

Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour                                                        -  2 cups
  2. Rice flour                                                             - 1 cup
  3. Cumin                                                                   - 1 tsp
  4. Salt                                                                         - to taste
  5. Coriander leaves                                              - 2 tsp (chopped)
  6. Oil                                                                           - as required

Method

  1. Mix the wheat flur, rice flour, cumin seeds and salt together with water make a thin dosa batter.
  2. Add coriander leaves and mix well.
  3. Heat tawa and pour the batter like dosa (it must to be thin).
  4. Cook both sides with oil.
  5. Remove from heat and serve with samber, chutney and idly podi.
