Vegetable Noodles

Ingredeints

  1. Noodles                                               - 200 gm
  2. Carrot                                                   - 50gm
  3. Beans                                                    - 50 gm
  4. Onion                                                    - 1
  5. Capsicum                                             - 50 gm
  6. Soya sauce                                          -  ½ gm
  7. Pepper power                                   - 1 tsp
  8. Salt                                                         - to taste
  9. Cabbage                                              - 50 gm

Method

  1. Cut capsicum, carrot, beans and cabbage.
  2. Boil noodles separately.
  3. Put the boiled noodles in warm water and strain.
  4. Heat the oil in kadai, add sliced onions fry well.
  5. Add vegetables and salt water allow it to boil till the vegetables are tender, strain the extra water and add.  The boiled noodles, soya sauce and pepper powder mix it well.
  6. Remove from heat and serve with tomato sauce.
