Ragi Keerai Adai

Ingredients

  1. Ragi flour                                             - ¼ kg
  2. Drumstick leaves                              - 1 cup
  3. Onion                                                    - 1
  4. Green chillies                                     - 3
  5. Oil                                                           - 2 tsp
  6. Salt                                                         - to taste

Method

  1. Chop onion and green chillies.
  2. Sieve flour; add drumstick leaves, onion, green chillies, and Salt and water make dough.
  3. Heat tawa and put ball size dough and press make a round shape.
  4. Pour the oil in edges cook and turn to other side cook well.
  5. Remove from fire and serve hot.
  6. Cook in slow fire.

Note: The balls are like a small orange size.
