Potato Bread Rolls

Ingredients

  1. Bread slice                                                          - 6
  2. Potato                                                                  - 4
  3. Onion (Chopped)                                             - 2
  4. Green peas                                                        - ¼ cup
  5. Ginger (Chopped)                                           - 1 tsp
  6. Coriander leaves                                              - as required
  7. Coriander powder                                           - 1 tsp
  8. Cumin powder                                                  - 1 tsp
  9. Chat masala                                                        - 1 tsp
  10. Amachoor powder                                          - 1 tsp
  11. Garam masala                                                   -  ½ tsp
  12. Lemon juice                                                       - 2 tsp
  13. Water                                                                   - ½ tsp
  14. Oil                                                                           - for frying
  15. Salt                                                                         - to taste
  16. Green chillies                                                     - 3

Method

  1. Heat the oil in kadai and fry the onions in golden brown colour.  Then add ginger, green chillies green peas, Coriander leaves, fry well and add 2 tsp of water, cook well.
  2. Add boiled and mashed potato, coriander powder, cumin powder, Garam masala, chat masala, amachoor powder, mix with salt and stir well.
  3. Dip the bread slices in water and make the slices into square shape.
  4. Take one table spoon potato curry and place on center of bread slice make a ball.
  5. Heat the oil in kadai and fry all the balls till golden brown. Remove from fire and serve hot.
