Onion Pakoda

Ingredeints

  1. Rich flour                                             - 50 gm
  2. Bengal gram flour                            - 200 gm
  3. Onion (sliced)                                    -250 gm
  4. Curry leaves                                       - 1 spring
  5. Green chillies                                     - 5 (Chopped)
  6. Ghee / Dalda                                     - 50 gm
  7. Aniseed                                                               - 10 gm
  8. Salt                                                         - to taste
  9. Oil                                                           - for frying

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients (Onion, Curry leaves, Green chillies, Melted Ghee / Dalda, Aniseed and salt) well.
  2. Add Bengal gram flour sprinkle water mixes it well.
  3. Heat the oil and fry (Sprinkle the mixer).
  4. Till golden brown, remove from heat serve hot.
