Kulcha

 Ingredients

  1. Refine flour (Maida)                                       - 200 kg
  2. Curd                                                                      - 3 tsp
  3. Oil                                                                           - 20 ml
  4. Hot milk                                                               - 50 ml
  5. Baking soda                                                        - a pinch
  6. Salt                                                                         - to taste
  7. Butter                                                                   - 30 gm

Method

  1. Sieve flour and add salt, baking soda mix well.
  2. Add curd and oil makes fine dough.
  3. Add milk and kneed well make soft dough.
  4. Cover with wet cloth and leave for proofing at least 6 hrs.
  5. Make a small ball press the balls and make a round Shaped.  Dust with raw flour.
  6. Heat tawa cook both sides. Apply butter on the kulcha and serve hot.
