Green gram dhal dosai

Ingredients

  1. Rice sooji (Rava)                                               - 4 cups
  2. Green gram dhal                                              - ½ cup
  3. Salt                                                                         - to taste
  4. Oil                                                                           - as required

Method

  1. Soak gram and rice together at least 2 hours.  Then grind well add salt.
  2. Heat the tawa and pour the batter in round shape flatels.
  3. Cook both sides, remove from fire and serve with coconut / onion tomato chutney.
